One thing that nearly all PriceScopers have in common, we love an upgrade! Katedrac shared her marvelous 3ct round engagement ring upgrade with us on the Show Me the Bling forum, and we are happy to feature it for Throwback Thursday! This was her glamorous gift for her 10 th wedding anniversary.
Like many of our favorite PriceScopers, Katedrac found us when she and her partner were doing the research in preparation to upgrade. So many come to PriceScope to arm themselves when they want to get the best deal for the most amazing pieces, and lots stay once they meet our fabulous community. What is most impressive to me is how well the PS community embraces each new person, guiding, cheering for, and sharing in their successes. Katedrac's engagement ring upgrade was a cause to celebrate, and we were happy to oblige!
Moving up from a 1.25ct round solitaire, Katedrac was not a fan of the way that the gold was yellowing and knew that her upgrade would be platinum to prevent it. The halo on this ring is gorgeous and the tulips in the gallery are a magnificent touch. This ring was created 10 years ago, and I really hope that we get the chance to see any further upgrades. I know that she was hoping for a new eternity band for their 15 th anniversary, I really want to know what 20 brings!
