The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced that the water supply will be suspended for 24 hours to several areas in Colombo tomorrow (04 March)
Accordingly, the water supply is scheduled to be suspended from tomorrow 2 pm to Sunday (05 March)2 pm.
Thus, this water cut will be effective in Colombo 01,02,03,04,08,09,10,11.
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has cited the necessary maintenance work that needs to be carried outin the water pipeline system which supplies water to the Maligakanda Reservoir as the reason for the water cut.
