Perhaps what makes the quick sell-out even more impressive is the price of the truck. After a target fee of $ 1,695, the Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition is $ 92,010 - not a cheap price tag. It's even more expensive than a Ram 3500 Heavy Duty and a fully loaded F-150 Raptor.
But Ram will be outfitting the trucks with loads of gear and an exclusive anvil gray paint color. Real carbon fiber cladding, beadlockable wheels, an audio system with 19 speakers and much more are part of the package. Not to mention the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 under the hood with 702 hp.
Although the Launch Edition models are all gone, Ram will have plenty of them Standard TRX trucks for sale priced at $ 71,690. That's still more expensive than that F-150 Raptor, but it's hard to argue with the V8's sweet sound versus the Raptor's twin-turbo V6 heart.
