There is good news if you have thought about it Mazda6 over, but just couldn't pull the trigger because it was missing Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Now Mazda is offering the smartphone mirroring system as standard across the board, so you have no reason not to step on the tires of what we consider to be a very well-made sedan.
Mazda made the announcement on Tuesday, sharing prices for the new model year. To be clear, Mazda has been offering Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with the Mazda6 for a few years now, but it was never available in the entry-level Sport. So it wasn't really "standard" as you had to step up to the touring trim for a few grand more to unlock the tech. What's better is that the car costs just $ 225 more than last year, with a starting price of $ 25,270 after a destination fee of $ 945.

Aside from standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the Mazda6 chugs on unchanged until you reach the Grand Touring trim level. There you can use wireless Apple CarPlay, which is by far the best way to experience the system. We already knew about the new limousine Carbon Edition also, and it looks like a nice mix of feature and style for the price. The special edition is priced at $ 33,745.
Look for the 2021 Mazda6 at dealerships starting October and take a serious look at the Carbon Edition. It looks really good.
