2017 Scottish Pork Sausage Champion & 2017 Scottish Haggis Champion
Today saw us visiting Perth to help judge the Scottish Craft Butchers 2017 Scottish Pork Sausage Champion and 2017 Scottish Haggis Champion.
The contest, which is held bi-annually was judged by region and then the regional champions were judged to decide the nation's best.
It was a busy day with tables filled with entries from all over Scotland.
We had our special judging caps and aprons on as well.
