Best Animated
January is here and that means award season and for the whole of January I will be looking at a range of best and worst subjects, before going into what I think are the true best nominations.
NOMINATIONS
The Boss Baby
Reason – This worked for me because of how Alec Baldwin is playing a fake Donald Trump, so for me all I could see was the Boss Baby being Donald Trump which gives me moments to enjoy.
Resident Evil: Vendetta
Reason – This is the third movie in the animated Resident Evil, I enjoyed the first two and this is no different.

Your Name
Reason – This could well be one of the best animation movie ever made, let alone just this year. The story has an emotional level unlike any other as two random people randomly swap bodies and must learn to adapt to the other’s life until one day the body swapping stops, leading to them trying to learn what caused this loss of connection.
