2014 Awards – Worst Sci-Fi

By Newguy

Through the month of January I will be looking back on 2014, I will be looking at a range of subjects where I will be picking my best or worst in separate posts.

Today I will be look at Worst Sci-Fi. Even though I am calling this my worst sci-fi list it will contain the ones that felt like they should have been better because of the high standard certain films have set.

Mentions that could have been number one;

Divergent

I did rate this highly but only because I think it will be leading to something bigger. That is the reason it makes this list though, it has a lot of potential but has yet to show us anything yet. My Review

Transcendence

This was meant to be Christopher Nolan’s director of photography big break but in the end it gets stuck with a slow moving thriller that makes you need to think way too much. My Review

I, Frankenstein – This comic book adaption falls flat and tries to bring too much to the table without making anything stand out or special. My Review

My pick for worst

  • Transformation: Age of Extinction

    Michael Bay, explosions, nothing new and no story what did you expect.
