It's been another busy week and looking at these photos now it seems like all I've done is eat, which I guess is fairly accurate. On Wednesday night we (the family) went out for a carvery as a little treat for my sister passing her driving test. I clearly got the biggest yorkshire pudding possible, which has to be done whenever you have a carvery, right?I've been along to see the Roker Park Lights, which I blogged about for Lives Online (here's a little linky if you're interested) They're so lovely and on our wander round we saw three pugs!I baked the cheese and chive scones after seeing the recipe and the lovely photos on Nouvelle Daily. They taste amazing, especially warm with a little butter, mmm.On Friday I worked the university open day (as an ambassador in my bright orange hoody) then I went back again on Saturday as Lives Online. It was so strange when one girl came up to me and Grant and told us that she'd been watching us online! I've been told it's something I'll have to get used to though...At the weekend, Andy and I had planned to go out for a walk somewhere pretty remote so I could look at the changing colours of the leaves on the trees but the weather had other ideas and we ended up shopping. I finally that pair of Converse I'd been waiting to buy for ages (but Schuh never had my size) and dragged him round Primark...twice, looking for a dress which we'd walked past on the way in. Oops! Sunday night we went for Pizza Hut then to the cinema (conveniently across the car park) to see Filth which was brilliant. James McAvoy was incredible and I really recommend you go see it, unless you're easily offended then perhaps it's not one for you...Last night, after a good couple weeks of trying to organize it, I managed to get all eight Lives Online bloggers together in Revs for some food and a catch up. The pulled pork denver fries are amazing and I can't recommend them enough; especially on a Monday when they're half price and cost you £3.75!What've you been up to?You can follow me on Bloglovin | Twitter | Facebook | Instagram
