Guess who's been a busy bee again? Yep, me. Last week I saw Jimmy Eat World and they were amazing, just like I'd expected. It was almost surreal to see them since I've listened to them since I was 13! I completed the 'Leading Lights' course and was given my certificate on Thursday.
On Saturday I was back doing ambassador work, collecting international students from the airport. It was so much fun and I found myself staring at the departures board wanting to go away somewhere. A woman walked up to me and asked where the check-in desk for Easyjet was...presumably since I was wearing bright orange she thought I worked for them, ha! I was working again on Sunday, assisting with the study abroad/exchange students induction activities. We took them for afternoon tea which was lovely even if the weather was quite the opposite and I found myself apologising to the Australian students for the rain/wind.Andy took me to the aquarium on Monday which was so much fun. I'll put a full post up about it soon. If you live near to one then I'd definitely recommend you go. We then took a little walk in Tynemouth afterwards, neither of us really being wrapped up enough for the wind but nevermind, we had Breaking Bad to come back and watch anyway.Today I had my hair tidied up a bit mainly for the fact it's my birthday next week and I need to look presentable but also because this afternoon I had a photoshoot for something very exciting that I'm involved in..more on that very soon. I also picked up the new issue of Spark Magazine, the first one I've been part of as music editor and I'm so happy to have my interview on the cover and have three articles inside altogether! What've you been up to?
