Our Christmas Creativity Competition for 2013 is open again with a winner decided on Monday 18th December. The winner will win a $250 Voucher to spend in store at The Little Big Company prize only eligible for Australian Residents only. If you are an international participant you can share your work but understand the prize is only eligible for Australian residents over the age of 18.
We are running this competition on Facebook and is not way affiliated with Facebook. By entering your photos you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this post below.
But with much easier Facebook promotions guidelines here the photo with the most votes (the most likes) in the Christmas Creativity 2013 album will win a $250 voucher to spend in store at The Little Big Company. Just press "like" on the photo to vote for the entrant.
How does it work, share your photo of your Christmas Creativity see below suggestions to the facebook page or email [email protected], share your photo, we will then place in the Christmas Creativity Album on our Facebook page and the photo that gets the most likes will win.
In accordance with new Facebook regulations people can vote by simply liking the photo, therefore the photo with the most likes will win.
The Promotion commences at 7pm Melbourne Time on Wednesday 6 November 2013 and ends at Monday 18th December 5pm (“Promotion Period”).

Terms and conditions (By submitting your photo into The Christmas Creativity Competition you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below)
1. This Christmas Creativity Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating in this Christmas Creativity Competiton you and theThe Little Big Company release Facebook from any and all liability in relation to the competition
By entering your photo you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this post. You release The Little Big Company from any liability or infringement from submitting your photo of the Christmas Creativity post.
2. The competition is run by The Little Big Company, 8 Gamble Street, East Brunswick, Melbourne Australia and is hosted by The Little Big Company Facebook page, please refer to the Christmas Creativity Album.3. Enter our Christmas Creativity Competition by submitting your photo to the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/Littlebigcompany or emailing your photo through to [email protected] 4. This competion prize is open only to Australian residents with the exception of those related to employees of The Little Big Company, their families, agents and anyone else connected with The Little Big Company International participants can participate and showcase their work but understand that they are not eligible for the prize of $250 as The Little big Company does not post their goods overseas.5. The Little Big Company, accepts no liability for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems or any problems that cause late or delayed entries, or for any lost or miseen entries not received by the closing date The closing date is 24 December, 2013. 6. Judging will be by the most likes of the particular photo on the The Little big Company page in the Christmas Creativity Album. 7.The Little big Company's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after the amounts of likes are counted. The photo with the most likes win.8. The winner will be required to message [email protected] to claim their prize . You must claim your prize within 14 days after it is announced on our Facebook page and provide your email address details so we can organize your $250 Store Credit Voucher.
9. Participation is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or
services. If for any reason the Christmas Creativity Compeition is not capable of running as planned, the Little Big Company reserves the right in its discretion (subject always to any direction given by a relevant gaming or lotteries authority) to cancel, terminate, extend, modify or suspend the competition. The Little Big Company may in its discretion disqualify any person or persons who is interferes with the competition process.
10. Each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The Little Big Company(including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including without limitation negligence), for any loss or damage; any harm whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Christmas Creativity Competition.
11. Entrants warrant and agree that their Competition photo submissions (in whole or inpart):
do not and will not infringe any third party rights (including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy, publicity or confidentiality); are not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, profane or derogatory. The Little Big Company will be excluded from any liability from the entrants photo.
12. Entrants warrant and agree that the, will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems;
13. have the full authority to grant to the The Little Big Company the rights referred to in these terms and conditions; and
14. Participants in The Christmas Creativity Competion are fully responsible for their Competition entry content.15. Participants in the Christmas Creativity Competition acknowledge and agree that their Competition Content in the form of their photo (including their name) may be published by the The Little Big Company on the The Little Big Company Facebook Page and the The Little Big Company's blog, without compensation, for the purposes of this Christmas Creativity Compeition.16 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, The Little Big Company, including their respective officers,employees and agents are not responsible for and exclude all liability, including negligence, for any personal injury; or any loss or damage and including loss of opportunity; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, whether or not under the The Little Big Company's control; any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the The Little Big Company or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the The Little Big Company; any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or use of a prize. You the participant release The Little Big Company from any injury incurred after winning the prize, any injury or duress from receiving the product. 16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
