2000 Trees 2015: Deaf Havana

Deaf Havana

If you don’t know them these Norfolkians, your first port of call is “Fools and Worthless Liars“. Their critically acclaimed Rock Chart topping major label debut which is noteable for the departure from their post-hardcore roots (owing mainly due to lead screamer Ryan Mellor‘s exit in 2010) opting for a more melodic take on the punk genre.

The success of their previous album was built upon by its successor in 2013, when they released their third full length album, Old Souls which again topped the Rock Chart and even had the audacity to tangle with the soulless in the Top 40, debuting at number 9.

They’ve stayed faithful to their foundations in their live shows so it’s worth checking out their debut Meet Me Halfway, At Least, with Nicotine Saved My Life, Friends Like These and You Are Beautiful regularly gracing their setlists.
