In a Town called Everytown, a man called John Cabal in Christmas 1940, (Raymond Massey) fears that war is near and coming. Well the war lasted over 30 years and it created havoc, plages and diseases.
Cabal and his colleagues take it upon themselves to create a dream utopia and bring all survivers to start a new life, but they have to take care of a crazy dictator first.
