12 Internet Fraud Suspects Arrested In Ilorin By EFCC (Photos)

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ilorin Zonal Office has arrested 13 persons for their alleged involvement in online fraud.

It recovered from them laptops, mobile phones, and other gadgets.

The EFCC listed their names as: Babatunde Omiyale, Salau Olumide, Akinsanya Ridwan Olamide, Akinola Eniola, Bashir Abdulbasit, Jide Owolabi, Kolade Balogun, Salawu Oluwadamilare, Akinola Opeyemi, Adewumi Johnson, Abiola Adedeji and Salawu Victor.

Meanwhile, the trial of Mompha by the EFCC continued on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 before Justice A. Mohammed Liman of a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The prosecution witness told the court that popular Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha operates unlicensed Bureau De Change (BDC).
