Fashion Magazine
Well, it seems to be Friday again, and this time I'm finally posting a "10 Things I Like!" Phew. It's been a while, for which I apologize. Because I'm sure this post is the highlight of everybody's week, right? This collection has quite a few lovely looking things to feast your eyes on (and if you get ambitious and want to make gingerbread, to actually feast on), so I hope you enjoy (after the jump)!
1. Dieppa Restrepo Gaston Loafer
I seem to have a thing for smoking slippers lately. I have a hunch that it has to do with the fact that they remind me of a detective novel in which the intimidating old man wears a smoking robe and slippers and seems gruff at first but turns out to be tender-hearted. But maybe they're just aesthetically pleasing. Probably a mix of both.
2. These loaves of Challah that my mom and I made for Yom Kippur:
We did not quite realize the amount of dough we'd be making with the recipe, and as a result, ended up with two shockingly monstrous loaves (her hand is in front for scale). They were delicious, so it turned out to be a good thing we made as much as we did!
3. Topman America Pajamas
Not much to say about these. They speak for themselves.
4. Tabletop Paper Roll
Yes, I realize this comes from a children's website, but I would totally love to own it.
5. Gingerbread Recipe from America's Test Kitchen:
YUM! All I want right now.
6. Balenciaga Day Bag from Designer Social
Can't say much about this one, either, because it's just so damn beautiful.
7. Weaver Bird Curtain via Anthropologie
I'm in the market for curtains for my apartment, and these are kind of adorable, don't you think?
8. L.L. Bean Ragg Socks
Yum.
9. Bonavita Coffee-maker:
Call me a coffee snob, but this machine that my parents have actually makes it taste better. And it's adorable. My dad calls it "our squat little friend."
10. This Unionmade Stabilist Suitcase:
Because it's absolutely beautiful.
