Story: 10 Days of a Curious Man starts when author Sadik Adil (Isler) faces bad news about his latest novel. Meanwhile, he notices someone hasn’t been feeding the stray cats in his neighbourhood. He decides to investigate and discovers the woman who did feed them has gone missing.
Once Sadik gets involved in the mystery, she learns about something far more serious. This leads him down an unexpected road, where his life and the lives of his loved ones are in danger, exposing a much bigger conspiracy.
Verdict on 10 Days of a Curious Man
10 Days of a Curious Man is a mystery following an author getting involved in trying to solve a mystery about a missing woman. However, it takes him down a path where he finds himself involved with criminals and shady businessmen. He tries to solve the case as if he was writing his latest novel.
This is the latest in the Sadik Adil mysteries where he gets involved in a mystery that he uses his writing skills to try and turn into a more exciting case. It brings the fun side to a mystery, in a similar tone as many comedy mysteries. This does a great job of keeping us guessing as to where the story will go. The twists and turns surprise us and we are left with a big mystery to see getting solved. Despite having a serious subject, it is kept in a light-hearted manner throughout.
