Zuli Showcases His Live Show in New Video for ‘Supernatural Voodoo’ [Premiere]

Ryan Camenzuli, better known by his stage name Zuli, released his Supernatural Voodoo EP last year — this past week, though, we’ve been obsessively watching the playful video for the psychedelic/pop title track. His vocals appear to channel those of Buddy Holly and Elvis Costello, though he dangles that mixture in front of contemporary and edgy pop music. The song itself offers a constant, intriguing sound, culminating around two minutes in with a faster tempo, excited harmonies and perfectly robust melody. The jolly and playful energy from the video hints towards the likely fun, chaotic dance party that inevitably ensues at a live show from Zuli. He definitely earns a spot on our concert bucket list. We really wanted the video to showcase the energy of our live show as well as our dynamic as a group. The footage all came from our last tour, and watching it now is only getting us more excited for our upcoming national tour. Good times.
