Scott’s birthday is tomorrow and one of his favorite things is port, we will be opening up a special bottle to celebrate but we also have a bottle of Sandeman’s Reserve Port that makes great cocktails. Port is one of those beverages that can be enjoyed alone, in a cocktail, paired with cheese and meats or even slightly chilled. It really is a versatile drink!
I’ve made this a few times and it is so delicious:
Sandeman Cosmo
1 part Sandeman Founders Reserve Porto
2 parts vodka (well-chilled)
1/2 part Triple Sec
1/2 part lime juice
Splash of cranberry juice
