I have to agree with Maher about this. I am tired of the government having to pay for the greed of the corporations, because they want to pay poverty wages so they can turn healthy profits into obscene profits (and then refuse to pay any taxes on those obscene profits). Most of those receiving government benefits do have jobs, and they work hard. It is time we demand the corporate greed mongers pay a livable wage to their workers (and pay their fair share of taxes). And it is time to demand the GOP stop trying to balance the budget on the backs of the elderly, the children, the underemployed, the unemployed, and the poor. That is what I want. What do you want?
