Obesity is a medical condition that is caused due to the accumulation of excessive fat in the body which leads to other various health problems.According to Ayurvedic principles, excessive fat (Stholyata) is generally caused by the unhealthy lifestyle which leads to other chronic disorders like diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
