This is a random alley in the center of Ghent, Belgium. It was a fantastic warm day full of sunlight and happy Belgians everywhere, yet the adjectives happy and warm aren’t what this B&W photo represents. This is my interpretation for the weekly photo challenge Threshold, where there is something awaiting on the other side of this dark passage: something exciting, something different or, perhaps, something unexpected.
