The CMAO, in collaboration with the organizers of the Lucknows Music In the Fields Festival, have created an opportunity for a CMAO Member artist to perform two 23 minutes sets between main stage acts at Music In The Fields on Friday August 22, 2014.
This competition is open to both single artists and bands. If one of your goals is to reach a larger audience very quickly, this opportunity is for you!
The winner(s) will receive:
A weekend festival pass for each band member
2 VIP Campsites and Parking
Backstage Hospitality on August 22nd
A $250 honorarium fee
Lucknows Music In the Fields
To be eligible for this competition, the following criteria must be met:
1. You are available on August 22nd to perform
2. You are a member in good standing with the CMAO. If you are currently not a member, you will be eligible to submit if you become a member on or before June 21st, 2014.
To submit, you must send, attached to a single email: your bio (50 words approximately), a JPEG-formatted promo photo and two songs in MP3 format. Please place “Lucknow Competition” in the subject line of the email. Submissions are to be emailed to [email protected]
The deadline for submitting is 12:00 midnight, June 21st, 2014. The winner(s) will be determined by a jury of music industry professionals, and announced on or about June 28th, 2014.
