I never set out to be an advocate. I’m simply a person who believes in equality for everyone and I’m a person who believes in standing up for his friends.
Joe achieved this accolade by supporting the work of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) at past galas as well as being a strong advocate for equal rights for the LGBT community.
Joe’s girlfriend, Sofia Vergara attended the event with him and was kind enough to post a couple of pictures to Instagram:
