Denis O’Hare won’t be coming back to our TV screens until this summer as Russell Edgington. But if you live in the New York City area, you can see him star in his one man show An Illiad which deals with the Trojan War. O’Hare created it with Lisa Peterson who directed it and he also stars in it, playing a character called the Poet who witnessed the events depicted in Homer’s epic work. In the video below, Denis, Lisa, and actor Stephen Spinella who alternates with Denis playing the Poet discuss just what you can expect to see in an Illiad. Watch:
An Illiad will be at the New York Theatre Workshop February 15-March 25.
