Alexander Skarsgård (Eric Northman) appeared on Regis and Kelly today August 3rd. The actor is slated to start shooting his next film What Maisy Knew later this month. But he stopped by the New York based TV show hosted by Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa to discuss none other than True Blood. During the course of the interview, Alexander’s childhood was discussed as well as the fact that he recently earned his doctorate from Leeds Metropolitan University. But the actor looked a little embarrassed by this adding that his mother and brother both have real medical degrees. Watch the charming interview below:
