Handmade oil perfumes and body sprays perform well with this fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used. Homemade lotions can be created using Victorian Rose Fragrance Oil. We recommend lotion recipes use no more than 5% fragrance oil. Alternatively, your body creams and body butters can utilize the same amount of this rose fragrance oil.
