I love finding new tricks like that for the kitchen! My great Aunt sent me an e-mail with this.
I know a lot of people are on the healthy bandwagon for January. I still am focusing on that, but also going to concentrate on organizing my house better and de-cluttering and letting go of things I don’t need (i.e. tons of cooking magazines!)
