True Blood’s Chris Bauer to Host Bay Street Theatre Gala in July

, best known as Bon Temp’s Sheriff Andy Bellefleur on HBO’s True Blood, will be co-hosting Bay Street Theater’s “Rock the Dock! Summer Gala Benefit” on Saturday, July 16 along with with Richard King (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Mad About You) and Mercedes Ruehl. (Academy Award Winner for the “The Fisher King” and Tony award winner for “Lost In Yonkers”)

The evening will be begin at 6:30pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. There will also be a sit down dinner, along with silent and live auctions. Music and entertainment will include a special performance by THE STREET BEATS GROUP, an urban dance and percussion troupe. To purchase tickets or for further information please call 631-725-0818.

Funds raised at the Gala will benefit Bay Street’s yearlong programming, Educational Outreach IntitiMainstage productions, Theatre Camps and Classes for kids, and Summer College Internships.
