I know it has been about 10 days since I lasted posted (slap on the wrist has been administered!), drinking cocktails and lying in the sun probably doesn’t stand up as being a terribly good excuse.
I’m keeping it simple with pictures of some of the beautiful exotic plants I am discovering and the gorgeous cocktails I am sampling. If anyone can recognise some of the flowers I am less familiar with I would love to know.

I’m actually drinking one of these as I type. It has white rum, orange juice, amaretto, a dash of grenadine and ice. Quantities yet to be confirmed once I have experimented back at home but feel free to experiment in the meantime because it is a great drink!
