Comedian Kathy Griffin’s talk show  axed by Bravo

NY Daily News: The D-list is probably looking pretty good to Kathy Griffin right about now. That’s because Bravo has dumped her from its list, period.

The wacko flame-haired comic told a crowd in Cincinnati that the network axed  her talk show, “Kathy.” She made the announcement Friday night during a stand-up  performance.

Griffin said Bravo officials broke the news to her Thursday.

The queen of irreverence’s yakfest had its second season debut in January,  but it was pushed from its prime 10 p.m. time slot a month later because of low  ratings. Griffin and Bravo have been in business together since launching her  Emmy-winning reality show, “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List,” in 2005. That  show was canceled after six seasons.

But Griffin won’t be listless for long. She currently has a talk show in  development at CNN with longtime pal Anderson Cooper and has been mentioned as a  replacement for Joy Behar on “The View.”

Reps for Bravo declined requests for comment.

Remember, this is a woman who simulated giving BJ on live TV on CNN. And now they are in talks with her for a new show? Could they possibly sink any lower? I’m sure it will end up with low ratings, like most of their shows.
