Quirky Brooklyn pop duo They Might Be Giants have released four advance tracks on iTunes as a forerunner for their full length Join Us on Idlewild/Rounder (July 19).

John Flansburgh and John Linnell once again succeeded in cretaing jumpy melodies that will appeal to both suburbian soccer moms and hipsters. Somehow they can get away with writing tunes about ancient technicques like Cloissonné and the beauty of an Old Pine Box.

Get the FLACs and MP3s from their website. Serves a combined pre-order for the full album.

Tracks:
  1. Can't Keep Johnny Down
  2. Cloissonné
  3. Never Knew Love
  4. Old Pine Box
