The Witty Belgian – Torque Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Torque Brewing in Winnipeg Manitoba comes their "The Witty Belgian". The Belgian Wit pours a golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of citrus, wheat, yeast, spices and a hint of banana. The flavour is of banana, citrus, wheat, yeast and some spices. The alcohol content comes in at 4.7%. While this wheat beer is tasty it is also confused. A Belgian Wit should not have banana flavour while a Hefeweizen would.
