I confess to being a Chubby Cheekist: Yes, it is an appalling thing to confess and I'm sure that at any minute now activists from the ACCO (Anti-Chubby Cheekist Organisation) will be knocking on my door and dragging me away for re-education. My defence, to the effect that several of my best friends have chubby cheeks will, I fear, availeth me nought. My further defence, that I only despise people with chubby cheeks when they appear on my television telling me that they know best what is best for me, may prove too subtle for the average ACCO activist. But, dammit, my (late) breakfast (well, it's Sunday!) was completely ruined by 'Senor' Clegg, the half-Spanish leader of the 'il-Lib-non-Dem Party' and the possessor of two of the smoothest, chubbiest cheeks in the land, doing a passable imitation of Shirley Williams (aaaaaaargh!) whilst inveighing against one of the few sensible policies produced by the Tories - and all this before I had even sipped my pre-lunch sherry! I really must write to my mate 'Rupe' and tell him that his Sky News network is out of control. Good grief, any minute now we'll have chubby cheeks Cameron on followed by chubby cheeks Osborne. "Oh, the horror, the horror!"
