Charles Heidsieck NV Brut Reserve is comprised of 40% reserve wine.

Robe:  Pale lemon hue. Pinpoint perling, profuse mousse.

Nose:  Brioche, toast, marzipan aromas.

Bouche: Exquisite balance, elegance, refined finish. What Marcel Proust must have sipped during his ‘madeleine moment’ in Remembrance of Things Past. Ne plus ultra. 

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne is sourced from 100% Chardonnay from the Côte de Blancs; Montagne de Reims, and the Sézannais.

Robe: Bright golden hue. Pinprick perling. Diaphanous mousse.

Nose:  Toast, citrus, chalky aromas, with a fleurs blanches grace note.

Bouche:  Zesty citrus (lemon, lime), golden apple, tropical notes with a chiseled mineral core; rounded, luxurious bouche, bright acids, sublime finish.

Produced by Champagne’s first established champagne House,  Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs comprises a compelling cuvée of 100% Chardonnay of various vintages (N/V) sourced from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sezannais, and the Vesle valley. Twenty to twenty-five percent of reserve wines draw from the last two years vintages.

Albert Beerens NV Brut Rosé Champagne is comprised of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier, and 25% Chardonnay Côte de Bars:.

Nose:  Brioche, citrus, fresh strawberry aromas.

Bouche:  Creamy mousse; sour cherry, pink grapefruit, raspberry notes, medium body, ultra dry finish. Versatile affordable champagne suitable as an apéro, or served table side with any course, from salmon to sorbet.
