Street Fighter 5 will not be pay-to-win: Yoshinori Ono responds to reports
Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono has taken to twitter to refute reports that Street Fighter 5 will include some sort of pay-to-win option.
RT @Yoshi_OnoChin: The SFV news today about a pay to win model is not accurate and isn't something we're planning for.

RT @Yoshi_OnoChin: Sorry for the confusion! We're still in early planning stages and will share more at a later date.

The rumor arose out of a Japanese-language report translated by EventHubs.
According to the site, Capcom president and COO Haruhiro Tsujimoto told press at E3 that the publisher wants the next Street Fighter to be more accessible.
“We’d like to steer away from making the next game such that skilled players will win, but unskilled players will lose almost instantaneously,” the executive is reported to have said.
