For the first ever Sky Cinema are dedicating a channel to an actor, which better actor to do this for than Tom Hanks? He is impossible not to love, has given us so many outstanding performances. We now get the chance to watch so many of these great performances back to back.

I actually thought they would have more than just those films in all honesty, but maybe they will have a few extras? I hope this is the start of having the channel change to different actors as that would be very good. We have seen it over the years be the Harry Potter or James Bond channel. As well as different genres of film.
I therefore though this was the perfect opportunity to mention my post of 7 Brilliant Tom Hanks Performances and raise the question, which is your favorite Hanks role?
