Skincare | Balance Me's 'Radiance Face Mask' Review
I've never really delved into the world of face masks until I received this, the Balance Me's Radiance Face Mask*. However, the name certainly drew me in as 'radiance' is something that I think my skin is lacking in at the moment. I've had really positive experiences with Balance Me products before (see Cleansing Balm review here) so I had high hopes that this would impress me just as much as other products have.
The mask comes in a 75ml squeezy tube (£18), which is brilliant as it's not only quick and easy to use but is hygienic too. The mask is of a creamy consistency with ground walnut shells to gently exfoliate your skin and get rid of dead skin cells and dry patches. The mask does harden slightly but not to a point where you can't move your face without it cracking - I love this as I've heard that some masks can be uncomfortable when using them. What's also great about it is that it's aimed at all skin types - so everyone can use it.
I've been leaving the mask on for 5-10 minutes and washing it away with warm water and a face cloth then applying my usual serum and moisturiser. I have to say that when I use this (usually twice a week) I pretty much immediately see a difference and even more so the next day. My skin generally looks 'brighter' and indeed, more radiant. It looks like Balance Me have hit yet another nail on the head with this product!
