Verdict on Sister Act

Sister Act is a comedy following a nightclub singer that goes undercover as a nun in a former of witness protection. Here she continues to show her infectious personality to help the nuns have a good time improving morale.

The movie brings plenty of comedy, with Whoopi Goldberg bringing so much energy to the role. It does bring an interesting idea to put a witness in a convent until the case comes to court. This shows how somebody from the outside world can help change people’s outlook on life. While still respecting the decisions they have made. This is a feel-good movie, with laughs and quality performances throughout.

Final Thoughts Sister Act is a feel-good fun movie where Whoopi Goldberg shines.
