Posted on the 10 April 2017 by Hendrik Pape @soundcheckblg

After taking one for the team and travelling across the USA and the world Simple Plan is ready to return to Canada with the official 15th Anniversary tour of No Pads, No Helmets...JUST Balls!

Simple Plan just wrapped up the four Canadian dates that had been rescheduled from November after, frontman, Pierre Bouvier had to have emergency throat surgery late last year to prevent permanent vocal cord damage. Shows in Ottawa and Halifax were ultimately cancelled as the band was unable to reschedule them. At least Ottawa will get their show back this fall when the band visits Algonquin Commons Theatre on September 20.

Joining Simple Plan on their 11 city Canadian run, which begins in Vancouver on September 5, will be Courage My Love and Selfish Things

On the tour Simple Plan will perform the entire No Pads, No Helmets...JUST Balls album, as well as fan favourites, so you can count on this tour being one not to miss.

Originally released in 2002 the album is the group's best selling album, to date, going 2x Platinum in both Canada and the USA. The album featured "Perfect" which became their biggest hit, to date, on the US Billboard HOT 100 peaking at #24. The song also reached the top five of the Canadian Top 40.

The full list of tour dates is below, with tickets going on sale this Thursday, April 13 at www.simpleplan.com/tour
