From the debut of their self-titled album in 2005, Winterpills have caught the attention of many ears with their original, complex, and thought-provoking sound. “A Tree In The Lung” is a soothing whisper of harmonies paired with a fresh upbeat-tempo, and the ebb and flow falls nothing short of hypnotizing and charming. The verses beautifully echo themselves but never feel like lyrical fillers. On March 4th, the band’s label Signature Sounds is releasing a 20th anniversary album collection featuring the track.
