Redmi is soon going to launch a new smartphone called Note 13 Turbo in their home-market. It is reported that the device will debut in the global market with the name Poco F6, which could be a rebranded or tweaked version. So far the company has not shared any launch date or feature related information for the Redmi handset. But now the brand’s general manager and spokesperson Wang Teng Thomas has released a video on short video-sharing platform Douyin. Where the front panel of an upcoming Redmi phone is shown. The model shown is believed to be the Redmi Note 13 Turbo. If this is true then this phone might be released in early April in China.
The front design of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo smartphone has been revealed
In a newly released video, Thomas showcased the front panel design of an upcoming Redmi phone. The device is probably the Redmi Note 13 Turbo. The video shows a flat display on the front of the phone and a lower bezel that is slightly wider than other bezels. Again there is a selfie cutout on top of the display. Company officials said no plastic brackets were provided around the display.
Although the front design of this model has been revealed, information about what its rear panel will look like or what features it will offer is still unknown. But according to some earlier reports, the upcoming Redmi Note 13 Turbo smartphone will come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset. Notably, this chipset is specially designed for mid-range or affordable flagship devices, which will support multiple high-end features to provide great user experience.
Meanwhile, a Xiaomi phone with model number 24069RA21C has recently been cleared by China’s CCC or 3C certification site. The listing on this site confirms that the device will support 90W fast charging. The listed model is believed to be the upcoming Note 13 Turbo from Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi.
A recent report claims that the Poco F6 smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor + 8-megapixel IMX355 ultra-wide lens + 2-megapixel macro lens. As this will be the rebranded or tweaked version of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo model, it is expected that the same camera unit will exist in the original variant as well.
