Hello, everyone! I would like to introduce you to two more Ozeri products in this blog post -Fresko Salt and Pepper Mill and Grinder, and Ultra Thin Professional Digital Kitchen Food Scale. I've been using both these products for some time and here's my honest feedback. The scale and the mill are made with good quality stainless steel. It has a nice shine and looks sophisticated. That's just one reason I fell in love with both these kitchen accessories right away.
The digital scale is only 11mm wide and comes with four built-in high precision sensors. I measured a food items and all of them seem accurate. There were no problems with turning this on/off or changing the unit of measurement. My favorite part of this package is the guide that goes over the calories for several food items in detail. I think with this book and the scale one can really work on portion control and not over eat. I've putting this scale to good use and starting to feel lighter. Here are some pictures for you -
Next, here's my opinion on the pepper mill. I like the fact that it is one piece with salt on one side and pepper on the other. It looks sleek and stylish. Opening each portion can be a bit tricky if you are not putting pressure at the right place. The manual goes over with pictures on how to fill the compartments. The transparent container makes it easy to monitor and refill when empty. I also noticed that the blades are quite sharp and you could adjust it grind pepper or salt fine. You would have to be extra careful while twisting the blade. I just wish each case was slightly larger, but otherwise, it works just fine. Here are some pictures for you.
