Portuguese Delight

I am not really into food photography. I think food must be eaten, not photographed. But I will probably make several exceptions in my blog, starting with this very first one. When I went to Lisbon, Portugal, last year I was was told by my Portuguese friends to try Pasteis de Nata or Portuguese Custard Tarts. I did try them and I loved them, and became curious about how to make them. Months later a friend told me the recipe and the preparation (something much more easier than I thought) and voilà!
