Pizza Night! GF

By Tonicnutrition1

Pizza night! The boys will have this  gone in about 2 seconds flat.

Pizza is probably one of the easiest and most fun things you can cook. It’s all in the toppings baby! We love fresh tomato, mushrooms, peppers, olives and pineapple.  As someone who used to love cheese, I honestly don’t miss it on my pizzas now. I have a drizzle of garlic oil or garlic “butter” instead. We have ours gluten free, it’s hard to handle so I roll it out on the pizza tray.

Base ingredients:

400g gluten free flour

1 sachet yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp rock salt

(I also add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, mixed herbs and garlic powder but that’s just personal preference)

enough water to make dough. Knead and set aside for 10 minutes.

Roll out so you have a thin base, spread on some passata and extra herbs, garlic and nutritional yeast.

Add your choice of toppings and bake for around 25 mins (or until golden) at 220 degrees.

Drizzle over some garlic oil or a little homemade garlic butter. Enjoy!

Pretty darn healthy pizza.
