“Pirates, Pinot & Pearls” 30th Wine & Food Classic, Oct 19–21

The WSRE-TV Foundation and A Bodacious Family of Shops present the “Pirates, Pinot & Pearls” 30th Wine & Food Classic, Oct 19–21 on Pensacola Beach and in Downtown Pensacola. This annual fundraising weekend is a longtime favorite of local foodies and supports the mission of WSRE to positively impact communities through education, entertainment and engagement.

Admission is $50 for Friday’s Walkabout Tasting, featuring local chefs on the beachside lawn of the Hilton Pensacola Beach. Grab a glass of wine and take a culinary journey from one restaurant’s booth to the next as participating chefs compete for your vote and top honors!

Celebrity chef Sara Moulton, star of “Sara’s Weeknight Meals” on PBS, will be in attendance for all events during the Wine & Food Classic weekend and will speak during Saturday’s dinner.

Admission is $150 for Saturday’s Celebrity Chef Dinner in the Hilton’s ballroom. Cocktails will be served at 5:15 p.m.; dinner will be served at 6 p.m.; and a live auction will cap off the evening.

On Sunday, Moulton will greet fans and sign copies of her latest cookbook, “Sara Moulton’s Home Cooking 101,” at So Gourmet & Kitchenry. Admission to the book signing is free; however, space is limited and reservations are requested. Books can be ordered in advance through the reservation process.

Online reservations are new this year and now available at wsre.org/wineandfood. These have been sell-out events in years past, so don’t delay … make your reservations today!
