Pepper Garlic Mutton

This is a very spicy and tasty Mutton Dish. Goes well with White Rice or Pulao. Picture: Pepper Garlic Mutton with Chicken Tikka Ingredients:
Gingelly Oil- 3 tbsp Curry Leaves- few Garlic Paste- 3 tbsp Fennel Seeds- 1 tbsp Pepper - 1 tbsp Coriander Pwder- 2 tbsp Mutton | Lamb- 250 g Tomato- 1 (Chopped Finely) Onion-1 Green Chilli- 5 Method: Pressure Cook Mutton with fennel seeds and 1 tbsp garlic paste for around 5 whistles. Set the cooked mutton aside. Pepper Garlic Mutton Heat a wok with oil and fry curry leaves. Make a paste of onion and green chilly. Add garlic paste and onion-green chilly paste. Fry them well till the raw smell leaves. Pepper Garlic Mutton Add chopped tomato and cook well.
Add pepper and coriander powder.
Cook well till the raw smell leaves.
Pepper Garlic Mutton Add cooked lamb and let the gravy thicken.
Transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with rice and Chicken Tikka.
