Paris in the U.S.A.: Cowboy Eiffel Tower in Paris, Texas

I have a new friend who lives in Paris, Texas. It's a pretty big town, advertises itself as "the second largest Paris in the world," and lies not too far from Dallas (enfin, not in Texas parlance-- 98 miles/158 km quand même) and has its own Eiffel Tower. The first one was made of wood and destroyed in a tornado.
