Hey there, dear readers:
I’ve been ‘off-grid’ the past week on a much-needed respite, gearing up for May’s action-packed Oregon Wine Month.
The first Sparkling Symposium began in 2016, designed to showcase Oregon’s pioneering winemakers producing cool-climate sparkling wine.

The month of May kicks off with a bi-state media tour coordinated by Oregon Wine and Washington State Wine, punctuated by a whirlwind visit to the 2018 Sparkling Symposium at NW Wine Studies Center in Salem, Oregon on May 7th.
Along the way, there will be the usual random, behind-the-scenes tastings with artisan winemakers…hope you can join me!
