STABLE DIVIDEND ALERT!!!
Northrop Grumman Corporation (Northrop Grumman), stock ticker NOC pays a stable quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share, which is currently a 3.47% dividend yield, well above current treasury bond rates. NOC provides products, services, and integrated solutions in aerospace, electronics, information and services to its global customers. NOC operates in four segments: Aerospace Systems, Electronic Systems, Information Systems and Technical Services. They conduct most of their business with the United States Government, specifically with the Department of Defense and intelligence community. NOC conducts business with local, state, and foreign Governments and domestic and international commercial customers. In March of 2011 NOC completed the spin-off of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. HII operates the Company’s former shipbuilding business.
NOC has acquired various companies. They have successful integrated nearly 20 highly profitable companies into an enterprise that covers the entire battlespace spectrum, from undersea to outer space and into cyberspace. The companies that became part of today’s Northrop Grumman have achieved historic accomplishments. Click here to learn more about NOC's Heritage.
$63.00 to $64.00 is a great entry point to lock in future profits. NOC is currently selling at $63.47 per share, so now is the time to pull the trigger. I consider NOC to be a long term hold stock. They are deeply rooted to the United States' Department of Defense and the United States army is retooling their systems to have the best of breed IT and Technical Services. They are a diversified company with intelligent management. NOC is in an industry that I can foresee expanding and with that comes increased year over year profits.
In the United States, government defense spending has fluctuated over the past few years and the Pentagon introduced a 2013 budget plan that would cut $487 billion in spending over the next decade by eliminating nearly 100,000 ground troops and trimming air squadrons in a bid to create a smaller, agile force with a new strategic focus. Some may think that this will hurt the profits of companies such as NOC, LMT, and BA, however I believe these companies will find a way to maintain their profits. NOC is way too advanced in the aerospace and electronic system sector. They will not go away, in fact they are a safe place to bank your hard earn dollars for your retirement years.
I have a $100.00 price target within the next 12 months on NOC. It is not out of the question. NOC is a big defense contractor with a leading market position. Please review NOC's statistics below.

Northrop Grumman has been significantly discounted due to fears of government budgetary pressures and the wars winding down. Their industry is likely to not only survive government spending cuts but are likely to thrive due to increased exports from a cheap dollar and continued security concerns abroad.
NOC provides shareholders with a solid, STABLE dividend and their dominant position in the UAV market offers it much stronger growth prospects relative to their industry peers.NOC spun off their old school, lower margin ship building operations which is allowing the company to focus their efforts in more profitable areas.
