ND Made This Look Easy

By Theomnipotentq @TheMightyQuinn
I can't remember the last time Notre Dame scored TDs on its first six possessions, but that's what happened in the first half yesterday as the Irish rolled to a 59-33 romp over Air Force at South Bend.
That makes four straight wins for the Irish.
Seven different Irish players scored touchdowns, and Tommy Rees threw four of them. He was 23 for 32 for 261 yards, and left in third quarter. It was all over by halftime, as the Irish led, 42-16.
It was a record-setting game, as it was the most combined points by two teams ever at Notre Dame Stadium, and the most scored by the Irish in a game since 1996, when ND beat Rutgers, 62-0.
Next week is a bye week, but the rivalry game with USC happens in two weeks at Notre Dame Stadium.
