Nail Growth #2

I'm back with another nail growth post today and to sum things up it's not going the best...I have been biting, that makes it seem like it's a drug or something, but yes I have just been picking away every so often and it turns out my nails are shorter than last week. But I do have one really long one..
So as for the products, I began by using the acrylic wrap. Now this is a nice product, it definitely gives a short term solution but the formula is very thick. This may be good for some people but if you are like me and you pick at your nails all day this is not good. It comes of very easily along with the top layer of your nail. So I am going to begin using this again when I have trained my self to stop fiddling with my fingers.
I have also been using the continuous growth treatment. And I am loving this. My nails have been growing faster than before and they also seem to be much stronger. It gives a glossy finish and makes my nails look super healthy.
The final product I have been using is the Sally Hansen Nail and Cuticle Oil. I have been using this every day and I love it. It smells amazing and doesn't leave a greasy residue on the nails when you have finished rubbing it in. I believe that this has all helped loads with the strengthening of my nails.
